Smile! Take a deep breath and breathe that smile in. Awww...... The Heart Says Yes! The Heart Says Yes! Oh no... What am I doing? What if no likes this? What if people think this is stupid? What if no one listens to it? What if I don't get the respect I deserve? The Heart Says Yes! To give in to that fear until You are all that is left.... The Heart Says Yes! The Heart Says Yes! The Heart Says Yes! I don't have enough money. I don't have enough money. I don't have enough money. I don't have enough money. I don't have enough money. I don't have enough money. How are we going to make it? How are we going to our bills? Life isn't fair. You are mean. Shhhhhh............ The Heart Says Yes! You do.... Do me and yourself a favor. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes and let your smile fall like a feather until it reaches your heart.... Feel your heart smile! What does it feel like? It feels like love! It feels like compassion! It feels like reassurance! It feels like clarity! It feels like who you truly are! The Heart The Heart The Heart Says Yes! The Heart Says Yes! Feel the best! The Heart Says Yes! Feel your very best! The Heart Says Yes!

My Dear Friend Maggie has been diagnosed with Leukemia Each Day We Say I'm Not The One Each Time We Die We Learn The Way Your Heart Makes Me Love Everything Maggie, Maggie Maggie is kind a of music: sick of high school; loves the color green; fond of forgiveness; enjoys the deepest of sleeps; late on her period this month; tired of cruel jokes about babies; never going to sail away old; forever untold by the eyes that love her solving problems for all the others; never learning how to change a tire; angel of the underground; spirits calling her cancer to back off gently; hears her favorite song and comes running; comes running, running into the room to sing, to sing, to sing; show her god, god show her; show her for me a beautiful day; she’s dying in this dream with food stuck in her teeth; she says something else; she has been diagnosed with cancer; life must love her; she has a wanting…. a wanting to be healed, a magical mystical wanting to be ok again; she wraps presents for poor kid’s Christmas; she wants to buy everyone a space to create art: she is choking on vegan cookies; her best friend is Avis Norfleet; she may be made of perfect divinity; that may be up to her; she is best at helping others; it is always the best day to help Each Day We Say I'm Not The One Each Time We Die We Learn The Way Your Heart Makes Me Love Everything Maggie feel beautiful, feel beautiful enough to know the cure for cancer is real; to feel beautiful enough to believe in miracles…. You are a miracle to me Maggie. Justin Blackburn Poem From The Book "Child Be Wild" available at http://www.innerchildpress.com/justin-blackburn.php

Hey Bro it's okay to feel your beauty man. I am not laughing at you. I am not poking fun. I am a bro too so I understand. Let go of that resistant no. Drop the facade and hand me the sword. Come on bro, don't you know... I have climbed bigger walls than yours. My father was a general and my grandfather was that Old Testament angry Lord but I still managed to find my gentle potential in that sweet loving heart's reward. I question you all loving and without arms does it really feel good to try to be so hard? I am not here to hurt you and I surely don't want to fight but I must be honest with you bro you are made of love and light. I know it seems scary to face those emotions buried so deep but my friend your beauty is a secret you no longer have to keep. Come on bro level with me don't you feel better relaxed with your soft sweet baby's head upon your chest then bragging to other bros about all the women you have undressed? All the thoughts coming in "oh no but what about the ridicule?" but my friend all your friends are just searching for their beauty too. Bring those beautiful flowers out from the inside and give them as gifts to your precious mother. You are perfect now forever, jump in and discover. Now you have the opportunity to inspire other bros to be a real man who lets his light shine bright! Become that powerful presence who is not afraid to do what his heart knows is right! A Loving Woman Makes You Love Yourself Deeper For Katherine Kipps If your heart is open and you are not trying to own them, a woman is the sweetest thing Planet Earth has to offer. With pine tree eternal purity my goddess radiates perfect golden love energy and sweeps every thought I ever had cleanly out of my kitchen. Oh my sweet, constant connection to the divine I can finally feel the truest love I have been missing. All of my mother’s rotten milk left in my refrigerator will never go bad now as my sun-lit goddess’s all encompassing embrace fills my body to feel my spirit physical. There are no doors or windows in my heart. She surrounds me with the hosts of heaven, with angels, with love unbounded, with care and focus. It is here where I know I am deeply loved. Her feeling for me allows the universe’s flow of equal abundance to permeate through my skin burrowing deeper into my being. She can see my dense light body as she peeks into my need for surrender. So tired from being in love I am, I relinquish myself to her inhale and exhale source energy. There is nothing more than the love I feel for her, this love changing me clear and wide as the first thought of the morning. I breathe deeply at the corner of vulnerability and sincerity. She shows me the way of her children. I undress my past to become naked to my soul in the shower of the love she gives to me. I am purple and I am pink as she feeds me her healing dreams and kisses me crumbling so she can build a new special place for me in her heart. Here is where I am perfect. Here is where my journey flies closer to the simplicity. Here is where I levitate in meditation. Here is where I transcend beyond limitation. Here is where the artist that drew the sun pours out of me. Here is where I become imaginary. Male/female light/dark sun/moon – intertwined, the goddess tenderly stares through me as I feel myself in her hands touching the Earth she birthed with her acceptance of my purity. will you meet me down by the riverside before you take your own life? a dance floor will be waiting for us, i will spread laughter all over your body, you can splash water on my skin, we will smoke cigarettes, sing our favorite love songs, and we will dance, dance, dance like we have been given the gift of a second chance even if we you do not want to take it. if the sun’s bold light body appears, if the night ends and you happen to go with it i will kiss your face and say “I love you!” then spend the whole day meditating as softly as I can envisioning you in the holiest angel hands. i hope you know when you are gone; i am going to cry tears into every spider web, scream my fears at every narrow head, stand still in the light of death and whisper "you are beautiful!" this might be too much to ask but before you go will you do me a favor, will you please make it clear to me how much you love me, lately I too have been feeling like an old broken hollywood grandfather clock, i can not stand that degrading feeling especially when i know somewhere inside we are so alive together, caring about each other like warm rain pouring on a forest fire. do not think twice. i do not blame you, i have not changed much since my teenage suicide pact with lust. you can blame me though if you need to i will still let you come to me in dreams, we will be friends again, it will be like you never killed yourself and i never wanted you to myself. when you are gone i promise you wherever you are if you keep your eyes open i will keep my heart on fire and you can marvel at it from the otherside, you can feel the joy of true love, the peace the people on earth could not give you enough of. and if you are ever ready to come back to earth, let me know through the wind’s midnight whisper and you can come back as my daughter, i will fill your world with knowledge and love of your beauty from the first day you are born. if you decide to take your life, i promise you will always be in my heart and on my mind. i love you so much. i always have and i always will, no matter the space you are trying to fill. i honor you forever. The Gods All Wear Flowers In Their Hair It is as if we were both born to the greenest, purest flowing fertile hills of Ireland, but since my family was Catholic and your family Protestant, we were sworn enemies until fate brought our thirsts together at a bar one night in America, where after a few drinks we learned how much we had in common, that neither of us cared much for our religion, nor understood why we were supposed to despise each other, and instantly we shared laughter over hating one another for so long for no real reason. We are strangers who are starting to understand we have known each other forever. We are neighbors who went years without speaking until a chance meeting one day at the grocery store to find out we were best friends as little children. We are long lost brothers and sisters who finally found out we came from the same womb. Each of us as individuals, born from the wild, the wilderness which births the animals, blossoms the flowers, believes the sky, sings the birds into flight, grows the trees, illuminates the oceans, and sets the hardworking spirits free, pours through you and me like a sun-heart-burned passenger’s moon dark prayer as he holds a giant sun flower with cool feet firm prairie grass. There is no burden any of us need to carry. Each of us is free, holy, hairy, and pure. There is no division between us and Mother Earth. Each of us a waterfall; sacred, crystallized emotions pour from our vessels and flow over the cliffs of our aspiring independence. Each of us begin small like insects to stand up tall like mountains. Our fathers were once babies now they are old men. All of those before us walk with us now in spirit. Our ancestors are our shadows. Our darkness is our light’s best friend. There is no separation between us and perfection. No division between us and the cosmos. Every time we speak the universe listens flawlessly and delivers to us our intentions, whatever they may be. Each of us is completely unique. Yet each one of us is a perfect part of the eternal whole. Our hearts, our lungs, our eyes, our minds are their own planets inside the solar system of our awareness of our soul. We are controlled only by our own interpretations of what we perceive. Only a bitch would call another person a “bitch.” Only a person who is weak would be cruel to a person who is weak. We get what we accept. We allow exactly what we receive. We are the creators of our destinies, the movers of our atoms, the awakeners of our hearts, the stories of our memories. There is nowhere we can be that isn’t exactly where we are meant to be. The thought of sickness creates the doctor. The thought of injustice creates the law and the lawyer. The thought of fear creates the police. Find what you think might be the missing puzzle piece and the picture you thought was always too big to see will appear at eye level clear as infinity. Every thought is an eternity. Time is a far fetched illusion of brain waved reality. Everything from the future and everything from history is happening now. The present moment is forever following us home. The present moment is beyond our thinking ability. The present moment is nothing we can ever own. We are simply part of the present moment’s flow. The present moment is changing us, growing us, learning us, and creating us until we remember we are the present moment once and for all. . There is no God greater than the present moment. There is no one who died that is not with us today. There is no deity that did not come way of the present. There is no religion that will out live the present. There is no wilderness that the present moment will not tame. We are forever together in present oneness and that will never change. The Gods all wear flowers in their hair. Pick one and put it there. God planted you in a garden all by yourself doesn't matter what is thought by anyone else Be you to the full, misperceived angel. God planted you in a garden all by yourself not to allow their shallow judgments to keep your pretty flowers from full colored health but to grow broader, wiser, and deeper than anyone else. The people look but they can’t feel. There hearts are made of ice and steel. But you my misperceived angel, you know your love is real. Yeah, it’s not fair, they criticize you for your greasy hair, crack cruel jokes on your yellow teeth, even make fun of you for they way you breathe. And I am not saying that doesn’t hurt and I know that’s why you are scared to speak a word but when you are alone away from the world, how do you feel when you are dreaming? Exactly, all that hatred has no meaning. That is the feeling I want you to focus your attention on, for that is the song that your soul is singing that is where your heart is believing, that is the vision of you I am sitting here seeing. Cause I don’t look at you and see ugly, I see beauty. I see life. I see truly the loving wife. I see intrigue and wonder. I see creation I see a delightful presence ready to be known. I see a beautiful body that a loving soul calls home. I see your wildest dreams coming true I see you. God planted you in a garden all by yourself doesn't matter what is thought by anyone else

A Child’s Sunrise Despite the boring building blocks despite the nervous ticking clocks despite the anxious parents ready to check your report card, maintain that selfless imagination that keeps angels jumping on the trampoline in the backyard that lifts swaying energies of willing hearts over rainbows that develops your mind into visualizing people as photographed souls of God that opens the entrance into your own soul when you sit down on the first day of school and life will never get too hard because the second it does the weightless, endless power in full bloom will access you and your heart will know exactly what to do. Whether it sends you a message to relax or a vision of the schoolyard bully carefully brushing his cavities, just laugh with conscious breath and don’t take it too seriously. As the teaching begins remember no can teach who you are but if you can feel the teacher’s human desire to make the world a better place that feeling can lead you to your own heart. Before they try to teach you to learn, teach yourself how to find the simple joy of learning and you will have a much easier time” when the work gets heavy, long, and boring. Recess is the church of Goddess. Go outside and play. In every breath experience why life makes it always a great day to be an eagle. Remember all your peers and teachers are just people no matter how hard they try to hide that truth so love the ones who struggle with being young as well as the ones who have trouble missing their youth. To know who you are it helps to know who you are not, so remain positively neutral as your peers try on all the clothes in the dress shop. Let them know how beautiful they are even if they come out looking angry, demented, horrified, or obviously phony. Whenever you see a sign that reads No Trespassing or Members Only, go hug a tree and pray for the lonely. Envy only makes you older. Excuses just waste your time. Hatred only makes the days colder. So always adore your own mind and politely swim in your own stream and I guarantee you will be able to successfully live your own dream. Listen and feel the sunrise, because beautiful child that is the closest resemblance of you. Watch eyes roll down the street back into minds when they look up at the rising sky, that is why you should always smile and tell the truth. Share Yourself Broken Share yourself broken beyond the barbwire fence of forgiveness. Give your sorrow to the shining sun. Drag the death of suffering down an empty street. Ring the door bell and run. Take the tremendous tenderness that poisoned your childhood and offer it as paint to the sky. Take your problems out for a picnic. Sit on the earth and go for a ride. Ask your pain out on a date. Laugh with flowers in his face when he tells you “no.” Dance all those silly fears away. Walk into the night, take it slow. Reveal your deepest secret. Feel the islands of the world smile all by themselves. Frustrated instincts quietly searching, call on inner angels for help. Give your guilt to the stars and wish it a safe travel home. Write yourself a brand new story. Look at the things inside you find ugly, appreciate their glory. Assign your sadness to art. Create the most melodic music. Travel to the trouble and remain open. Realize there is never a reason to be afraid or embarrassed to share yourself broken. Justin Blackburn Poem from "Child Be Wild" available at http://www.innerchildpress.com/justin-blackburn.php

Love Me Forever Love me forever because I am here forever, with you forever. I can’t keep up with you. Love me forever for that very reason. Love me forever because I am tired and lonely and in need of love forever. Love me forever because the sun goes down and I am not afraid to cry in the darkness. Love me forever because I forget the most important things about life all the time. Love me forever because I die. Love me forever because you love yourself forever, because you understand how hard it is to be human. Love me forever because your heart beats, because you breathe. Love me forever because I can’t sleep, because I dream. Think of the most ridiculous reason. Love me forever for that very reason. Love me forever for no reason at all. Love me forever because love is forever and you know it is from your soul. Love me forever because of the sky, because you make me smile, because I know why you should love me forever. Giving Is The Gift Forty eight percent of human beings are dissatisfied with Obama. while ninety nine percent of human beings are really dissatisfied with themselves. We are looking for a political solution to a spiritual problem. We are pointing our fingers and placing blame on anyone else. We are looking everywhere else for the answers except where the answer is. Which is within us, inside our self. As a human race we wait for a magical pill. We make movies hoping to create an alien takeover. We put all our faith in a savior before we know ourselves. We ignore the true problem in hope for a scientific miracle. We pray for anything to believe in, for something to happen to make everything ok. But only we have the power to make everything ok for ourselves. The love we are searching for. The pressure we feel and we need to release. The life we desire to live. The confidence we want. The kindness we are waiting for must first come from ourselves if we are going to experience the happiness we so desperately crave we must first love ourselves if we are ever going to understand how to fully love each other. Yes we must love ourselves so we can understand how to fully love each other. We must love ourselves no matter what, without hesitation, unconditionally, unrestricted, no limits, no judgment, no fear. We must care for each other through thick and thin, no matter what happens, no matter how evil we think one another is. We must let the scared, hidden smile out from within. We must burst into blessings. We must confer each other’s beauty. We must go into the childhood of our soul and acknowledge the evidence of the children we all so desperately try to hide. We must grateful for all forms of life. We must realize we feel scared, we feel lonely, we feel ugly, we feel hurt, we feel guilty, we feel ashamed, we feel dead, we feel hopeless, we feel dumb, we feel depressed, we feel numb, we feel confused, we feel used, we feel embarrassed, we feel lied to. We must realize how we feel and not be afraid to feel that way or condemn ourselves for the way we feel or condemn any other for how they feel. We must know everything is ok and it does not make us horrible people. We must know there is no reason to be ashamed. We must understand that is how we feel and it is completely ok so we can understand why we feel that way so we can understand we have the power to change. We do not have to repress our darkness anymore. We can bring it to the light. We no longer have to drain ourselves to be fake public nice. We no longer have to fear what people might think. We no longer have to give with calculated generosity. We no longer have to smile a political smile and wink “vote for me.” We no longer have to set ourselves up to be who we are not. We can use our true blessed feel good kindness. We can creatively work with the energy of the people and we can teach each other how we would like to be treated using our own intuitive knowing, our blessed light, our loving hearts. We no longer have to give to please the ego. We know the ego can’t give us what we need. We have proved our own point over and over and over to ourselves and everyone else. We have been slaughtered by hatred and butchered by greed. We have seen the world we have allowed to be and we understand we are not happy. We understand we are not doing our best. So instead we can give our best when we begin to give to simply be! We no longer have to give to get. We can give our love from heart to heart! We can give to give. We can give to be free. We can do what feels pure and right! We can do what we have always wanted to do! We can give from every aspect of our life! We can give to let go, give to move on, give to transcend. We can give to the spirit from the spirit. We can give to the friend from the friend. We can give to the life from the aliveness within. We can give to the love from the infinite. We can give without expectation, without limits. We can give with arms full of roses. Giving is what we are missing. Giving is what makes us happiest. Giving is what makes us feel beautiful. Giving is what makes us feel alive. When we were born we were each given life. Even now, look around, we are given water, space, land, and time. We are given whatever we can find. We are given whatever our minds are aware enough to know is a gift! We are given the gift of us. We are the blessed gift. Let us give the gift of ourselves to each other! Let us give the gift of our joy, of our warmth, of our hearts, of our love! Let us give the gift of our knowledge, of our compassion, of our understanding! Let us give the gift of our mystery, of our beauty, of our blessings! It is impossible to bless someone and judge them at the same time. So let us give the gift of blessing. Walk by a school and bless the people inside. Ride by a hospital and bless the people inside. Drive by a prison and bless the people inside. At dinner bless the waiter. At work bless the boss, At home bless your family. Giving is a practice so let us consciously practice on each other. For we can and will understand the gift inside. The gift inside of us growing. The gift inside of us alive. The gift inside of us awakening. The gift inside of us laughing. The gift inside of us caring. The gift inside of us smiling. The gift inside of us loving. The gift inside of us giving.
